Emerging Leaders Program Emerging Leaders Program
(ELP) The Emerging
Leaders Program is a seven week program starting in September that provides
first-year participants with a greater understanding of the value of leadership
through a variety of co-curricular experiences. Participants will engage in
workshops designed to develop and build upon previous leadership experience,
and learn how to identify their personal leadership style. Over 200 students
participate each year in this challenging program that prepares students to be
leaders throughout their college career and beyond. For more information and to
review the fall schedule, visit the CI Web site and click on the link for ELP. There is a cost of $100 and enrollment is limited. Participation in ELP does not exclude
participants from being part of Community Building Community, Project
