Also, please note that we cannot validate parking at non-GW related facilities.  We apologize for any inconvenience].

Event volunteers will validate parking tickets for University garages at the Employer Check-In table in the Marvin Center.  You can find specific information on available visitor parking by going to:  http://www.gwu.edu/~parking/where/index.cfm.  Fair registrants will be sent additional parking information closer to the date of the fair.

Shipping Ahead
Beginning Monday, January 23, 2012, materials may be shipped to the Career Center for the Spring fair.  Materials received prior to this date will not be accepted. More details about the shipping process will be sent out to confirmed fair registrants at a later date.

Return Shipping
FedEx and UPS will pick up return materials from the Employer Registration area in the Marvin Center at 5:30 pm on the day of the event.   Return shipping works most efficiently if you bring your own prepaid shipping labels and air bills.  We will do our best to make blank air bills available, in which case you will need to know your account number(s) and/or billing information, name of sender and recipient, type of service (i.e. next day, 2nd day, etc.) and approximate weight of package(s).

Firearms Policy:  It is the policy of the University Police Department that weapons (firearms) are not permitted on campus for public safety reasons. Law enforcement officers from other jurisdictions visiting the University should not have their weapons in their possession while on campus.
