Federal Work Study @ GW
The Federal Work Study (FWS) program at the George Washington University allows approved employers—University departments, local nonprofits, government agencies and community service employers—to hire students awarded FWS monies at a subsidized wage. The employing department pays 25% of the student’s hourly wage; the remaining percentage is paid from the student’s FWS award.
