At the Career Center, we ascribe to the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ (NACE) Principles for Career Service Professionals.  We take seriously our commitment to providing clear, fair guidelines that enable you to access our students. We strongly recommend you acquaint yourself with NACE’s Principles for Employment Professionals to provide yourself with sound guidance regarding your recruiting efforts.  Additionally, Principles for Third-Party Recruiters is also offered.

Our on-campus recruiting program (OCR) allows employers to increase their visibility to he GW student communty and interview qualified, pre-selected students for full-time employment opportunities.
