How to Register your Event
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAST DAY THAT EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL CAN OCCUR FOR THE SPRING 2008 SEMESTER IS MAY 2, 2008. THE CENTER FOR ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUG EDUCATION WILL NOT ACCEPT REGISTRATION FORMS FOR EVENTS PAST THIS DATE.
Complete the Request for Registration of an Event Where Alcohol will be Served. The form can be printed right from the CADE website or picked up from the Marvin Center in room 427 or the Center for Alcohol and other Drug Education in the John Quincy Adams House.
