Study Abroad
As a leader in international education GW offers a wide variety of
programs around the world reflecting the academic breadth and depth of
the University. Each year over 700 GW students study abroad in nearly 50 countries around the world. The Office of Study Abroad works to match each interested student with a program that matches their academic, social, and professional goals. In addition to our four GW Study Centers in Latin America, England, Madrid, and Paris, we are affiliated with over 200 programs. The broad spectrum of options, from the GW centers to total immersion in another culture, allows the student to customize his or her experience in a fall, spring, summer, or year long opportunity.
GW offers students abundant options to study abroad in countries around the world. These include our own GW Study Centers and select University Partner Exchange Programs with international partner universities or recognized study abroad organizations.
