Special Programs

At GW, freshmen have the opportunity to apply for specialized programs that are designed to augment the traditional classroom experience for those students who want to expand their interests or passions. GW offers a range of programs for students who excel in the sciences, mathematics, the arts, or other areas of interest. Many of these programs offer co-curricular experiences, residential housing options, and specialized coursework. All programs are fully integrated into each student’s general curriculum and major requirements. Admission to these programs is by application. Click here for application requirements.
