College Fair Materials

Prior to the fair, we will send you a box of materials needed for the program.  The materials will generally include the following:

• College Program Brochures (CPB): You will receive a supply of college program brochures to be given out to every student who wishes to receive information.
  
  
• Inquiry Cards:  Encourage every student who stops by our table fill out an inquiry card even if they have done so already. This allows us to follow-up with these students and provides a record of their interest in GW. Please note that not every student will complete a card.
  
  
• Display copies of materials:  We will provide a display copy of the University Bulletin (course catalogue). Also, depending upon the time of year, you may receive display copies of brochures other than the CPB to use as a reference guide during the fair.
  
  
• Business cards:  You will be provided with business cards of the Admissions Representative who is responsible for your area.
  
  
• Name tag: Please remember to wear the name tag provided.
  
  
• Return envelope: Use this envelope to return the GW table banner and inquiry cards.
